 RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Your Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason. However, this right does not apply to custom-made goods which are produced to your personal specifications.

EU Customers - Right of Withdrawal

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
  • Goods which by their nature cannot be returned for hygiene reasons ( earrings )

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at shopmonejewellery@gmail.com with your order number within the 14-day period.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

All moné jewellery is handcrafted to order based on your selected preferences including finish (rhodium or gold plated) and length options. As these items are customized specifically for you, they cannot be returned unless faulty or significantly different from the agreed specification. Personalized items featuring custom elements such as names created from letters are exempt from the standard return policy.

How to Return Items

To return eligible items, please contact us at shopmonejewellery@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt. Please include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with detailed return instructions and our return address.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. All jewellery must be free from damage, scratches, or signs of wear.

Return of Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item. We recommend using tracked and insured shipping for returns over £20 value.

Refunds

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned item in acceptable condition. Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at shopmonejewellery@gmail.com with clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange collection at no cost to you and provide a full refund or replacement.

Production and Delivery Times

Made-to-order items require 7-17 business days for creation before dispatch. We will notify you of expected completion and shipping dates when you place your.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes. Items must be declared accurately to avoid delays in processing.
