SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your selected delivery method. We use official Royal Mail rates to ensure accurate pricing.
Shipping Rates
- United Kingdom: Calculated at checkout based on service selected (Tracked 24, Tracked 48, etc.)
- USA & Canada: £15.00 (Royal Mail International Standard)
- Asia & Australia: £18.00 (Royal Mail International Standard)
All orders include tracking.
Processing Time
All jewellery is made to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your item is dispatched. You will be notified when your order enters production and when it ships.
Tracking Information
All orders include a tracking number. You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your package directly through the Royal Mail website.
Signature Required Options
For added security, especially for higher value orders, we recommend selecting a signature required delivery option. This ensures your package is delivered directly to you or a responsible adult at your address.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship to the following regions:
United Kingdom We offer reliable shipping throughout England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland via Royal Mail with full tracking on all orders.
North America We ship to the United States and Canada. Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days.
Asia & Australia We ship to Australia, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, New Zealand, and South Korea. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your country's customs authorities. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Customs Declarations
For all international shipments, we complete customs declarations accurately describing the contents and value of your order as required by law. This helps ensure smooth delivery through customs.
Delivery Issues
If your package appears lost or damaged, please contact us immediately at shopmonejewellery@gmail.com. We will work with Royal Mail to resolve any delivery issues and ensure you receive your order.
Safe Delivery
Royal Mail will attempt delivery to your specified address. If you are not available, they will leave a collection card with instructions for redelivery or collection from your local depot.
Order Changes
Once your order enters production, shipping addresses cannot be changed. Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
Business Days
Shipping times refer to business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
